Called Precision Garage Door at 7:30 am, Service Tech (Marcus) came to my house the same day. He arrived and completed the repair much faster than expected. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Thoroughly explained the problem, the different repair options, and the best recommendation for my situation. Reasonably priced as well. Second time in 15 years I've used Precision Garage Door and was very happy with the result each time.

Very friendly and a nice quality product. Would be 5 stars but eye-balling the straps made them ever so slightly off. I am probably the only one who has noticed this and would gladly recommend the company.
