Both of our coil springs were broken, so we called Precision. Sherman was our technician. He had a very friendly personality, was knowledgeable, fast and efficient, and gave us a top quality job. We would definitely use Precision again!

Thank you for fixing my garage door opener.
But the price for the part replaced was too expensive.
The price for "GEAR & SPROCKET ( CHAIN )" was $250. But I can find the same thing at $19 on Amazon. I understand it is usually higher than the regular price and maybe it includes your labor charge. But that's still too much...
