I found Precision online and then discovered that they had serviced my daughter who then gave them a great recommendation. Rick also identified another problem with the weather stripping at the bottom of the door that we hadn't noticed. I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies. The last one put on a weather stripping that was too long. This caused an issue with my keypad. I decided to call Precision for a repair, since they have always done excellent work. This is the first time I called Precision Doors and I was not disappointed. My torsion spring broke and I called this morning and I was told Rick could come out between 2-4pm. I usually call at the beginning time to find out where I am in the que and was told it would probably be closer to the 3:30-4:00pm time. Then 10 minutes later, I received a call from Rick saying that he was closer to my location and could he come in 10 minutes! VERY happy with the results. The spring was replaced and everything was done in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend.

Called Thursday, they offered a Friday appointment that I could not take, so we chose Saturday between 8-12. Technician, Rick Gueory, called in advance around 9:30 and arrived in 15 minutes.
