My technician Rick clearly explained the broken spring and options for repair; don't believe the door had ever been serviced, so I elected the rebuild option and was very satisfied at how well the door sounded and performed. Yeah! Thanks Rick -- I will definitely recommend your company to others :-)

Spring replaced. Rick the technician give me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived Rick introduced himself, he was very polite and professional. Rick explained what needed to be replaced and quote me the cost for the replacement parts, once job was completed Rick ask me to check the garage door to see if it was functioning correctly (and it was), he also greased the rollers.
