I called Precision on a Friday and had an appointment set for Saturday 12:00-3:45. The Tech. called at 11:00 and asked if he could come over early. He showed up at 11:30 and looked at the garage door and gave me a price to replace both springs on the garage door. I knew that the price was going to be high because of reading the other reviews. I like the fact that the Tech was very nice and did not try and sell me other parts but just the parts that were broken. He was fast and got the job done in 20 mins. I don't mine paying more when you get service like this. I will use them again.

We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.
