I had the torsion spring repaired on the door. The technician explained everything and did a good job. However I feel the cost was higher than it should be. I've never dealt with a company before that doesn't waive the service fee if the repairs are made. I needed two springs. The total costs was over $500 (including service charge, tax, parts). I feel that it was excessive. Unfortunately it's not easy to get an estimate before they come to your house. I would be thrilled if I hear back from the owner. They have my email address.

Purchased 25 point garage door safety check (advertised on Angies List Big Deal). Derrick arrived on-time and was very professional and pleasant. He told us about the service he would be performing and happily answered all our questions regarding garage door maintenance. His service call was completed in about a half hour and the door operates better now than when it was new.
