The service was top notch! The representative, Barry, showed up right at the beginning of the service window. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He completed the work in a timely manner. When he learned we had a baby taking a nap at the time he arrived he even used manual tools to perform the work instead of his power tools so as not to wake him up. That's putting the customer first!

First let me start by saying Barry is a fantastic technician! Our garage door has the over the top torsion spring, and when it broke I did not feel comfortable repairing it myself. I called Precision on a Tuesday, expecting to have to wait a few days for a repair, yet they were available as early as next day for a regular non emergency repair! It surprised me as I had made myself free only on that Saturday but good to know they are easily available. Barry came out Saturday and instantly knew what he needed to do and what needed replacing in addition to our spring. I highly recommend Precision! Thanks again Barry!

When I called for an estimate I was told the springs would be $99 each and there would be a $49 service charge. I agreed to have the repair done. When the technician arrived he informed me that the cables would be an additional $99. This was $99 more than I had planned on paying when I agreed to have the repair done. I am not satisfied that there was an additional cost when the technician actually arrived on site.
