One of the springs on my garage door broke at 12:;30 on a Friday afternoon. Called Precision and they were able to schedule a technician for 3 - 5 p.m. He arrived at 3, diagnosed the problem and installed new springs and rollers in 1 hour. Derrick E was extremely knowledgeable and seemed very experienced. I will definitely be calling Precision in the future for any garage door needs.

Precision installed two new garage doors and two new garage door openers on our home. The new garage doors look very nice and are in a carriage house style with supporting hardware. They are very quiet and smooth when opening and have motion sensors to turn on the lighting. We are very happy with the service, they came on time and overall the job took about 5 hours. The technician clearly knew what he was doing and took quite a bit of time to explain all the features and how to use them.
