I called because the reviews of this company were so stellar. The lady that answered the phone was so kind and helpful, and she was able to schedule me for service that same morning. The tech that greeted me on time was also very kind, and went above and beyond to repair my damaged garage door and even taught me how to maintain the door in future. He even assisted me in reprogramming the outdoor pass code and tightened a light bulb on my motor I didn't even realize I had! He was thorough in explaining the price of parts, labor, etc.. 12/10 will call again if I need help with my garage door.

Amazing service from the moment I sent an email at 9:37 pm on a Saturday and got a response within 10 minutes to the moment Derrick came out to my house to replace a broken spring above the garage door. I am thoroughly impressed with every aspect of this company. They demonstrated excellent communications skills (huge on my list), offer prices that are extremely competitive (maybe even the best), and operate a professional staff of technicians (assuming all are as top-notch as Derrick). But that's not all. Derrick noticed the garage door had a slight crack along the top edge and dead center when he completed the job and was testing the operation of the spring. He immediately placed an 8' section of angle iron across the top of the door and it now opens smoother and seals tighter than it has in a long time. Great attention to detail, great customer service.
