We had a broken cable on one of our garage doors, but the whole lift system was jerry-rigged and out of date. Precision responded to my request for a bid within 10 minutes, they were at my house (on Saturday of a holiday weekend) within 2 hours, and they provided a fair estimate and completed the work I requested - replacing the springs and cables on both doors, and installing new, belt-drive lifts on both doors, within a few hours. Their technicial - Keith C. - was knoweldgable, prompt and courteous. We are so happy with our new garage lift system!

The Spring on my garage door broke causing the door off track at 5pm. I called Precision and they were willing to send someone out that night. I opted to wait till the morning and they were there on time, walked me through what was broken, fixed it, and showed me what I should be looking for moving forward. The tech, Olaniyi, was extremely polite and professional and I will definitely call Precision again if the need ever arises. Top quality company with top quality services!
