We had a garage door repaired. The motor was still working. The cables and springs needed replacement. It was easy to get an appointment. technician was late but apologized and he did call to update on his arrival time. Technician seemed knowledgeable very courteous. Did what was necessary to make sure the door worked properly. Don't have anything to compare to . We were given 3 choices of estimates and warranties, Chose the cheapest. Don"t have anything to compare with. Just thought it was a little pricey.

We found the advertisement for your company online. It was very informative about the services you provide. I like the technicians that came to access and fix by broken garage door. Preston and John we very helpful explaining things to me and efficient at their jobs. They had to order some parts and gave me an estimate. About 2 weeks later they sent Olaniyi and Timmy to complete the garage door repair. They did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a door.

I called the referrals from my neighbors. All 3 companies were booked for the day,and offer appointments for the next day...I was looking at not being able to get to work.. I started calling companies listed in the yellow pages. I called Precision. I was told , they were booked, but schedule me with an emergency appointment which would mean a service could be completed after 6 pm with,an extra cost.. I agree to wait. An hour after the conversation,the General manager called. He heard my conversation with dispatch,.. He dispatched a contractor who came 1.5 hour after talking to the dispatcher. The fee was LESS than the competitors... I highly recommend this,company
