Called Precision and schedule for next day. Barry was our technician came early (after verifying it was ok) and he did a quick and wonderful job. He replaced a broken torsion spring and bearing in one door and for preventative, did the same on the other non broken door. I could of done it myself but would of had to wait on parts and validate installation methods. Would recommend to anyone. He also made some quick recommendations on maintaining the doors and rollers properly before he left.

I usually receive next day service, their prices are reasonable, they come during the 2 hour time frame they offer, and they stand behind the products they sell and give a very good warranty. I recently had a problem with a garage opener they installed and they have replaced the defective part for free. Derrick is the best technician. He is very knowledgeable, highly trained, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Precision and Derrick!
