To date, I can only comment on the estimate, as I still have a couple other companies to check out before making a final decision. However, it was very easy to schedule an estimate appointment, which to my surprise was available the same day I called. Mr. Queen drove a long distance to come evaluate my garage door needs and was very personable and informative. He answered all my technical questions and inquired whether I would qualify for a number of discounts that Precision offers. Before making a final decision, I would like to visit your storefront in order to actually see the doors that I might purchase for installation, but what I received today is what I believe is a reasonable quote in a timely manner and with very cordial service! Precision and especially Derrick deserve a 5 star rating! Garage doors are like rocket science to me and Derrick analyzed and fixed my door in about 20 minutes-- amazing!! The young man was very polite and tolerant of my ignorance regarding garage doors. He provided me some really good insight into replacing the door sometime in the near future.
