Rick was very professional and nice, he explained what needed to be repair and the cost before I approved the work. I was very pleased with the work and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of because I am a senior. Rick was on time and give me a courtesy call when he was on his way. Spring replaced. Rick the technician give me a courtesy call to let me know that he was on his way. When he arrived Rick introduced himself, he was very polite and professional. Rick explained what needed to be replaced and quote me the cost for the replacement parts, once job was completed Rick ask me to check the garage door to see if it was functioning correctly (and it was), he also greased the rollers. Excellent Job Rick!!!!

Although the timeframe window was not met, I did receive a call stating that the tech was running late. Derrick arrived and assessed the repairs needed for the garage door. Gave us a reasonable price, was professinal and did a great job pretty quickly. I'm satisfied and would recommend Precision to others.
