I called Precision in an emergency situation as the spring on the existing door had broken. They were able to schedule Mike to come out the next morning. Although he was not able to service the existing system he installed a new replacement spring system in about an hour. He lubricated all the moving parts. The quality of the new system is excellent and is covered by a 5 year warranty. Good work Mike!
