Have used Precision a couple times. Both were very pleasant experiences. I feel they not only did the required work, they went above and beyond the minimum to enhance the final result and leave a lasting positive impression. Previously had used another company of “fast talking shills” who did a minimum repair but a major price scam. Precision was total opposite - excellent work repair experience with a special noteworthy performance by service rep Derek (spelling?).

The work was wonderful, however, the night before the girl told be there was a spot open if I could get someone at the house and when i called back after working to do that they told the person the spot was not available. I called the the girl spoke to her manager and it was made to happen. So all in all, I will give them a 4.5 star.

Showed up and could not find the problem with my unit. Was going to suggest it was the logic board, which had already been replaced, and then was not able to determine what was wrong. Verified the wiring on the board, made sure the door was manually operational, and then said he didn't know what was wrong and suggested I contact the manufacturer. Paid the service fee, for no real service and I'm no better off than when I started.

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for a Garage Door Tune-Up. Once the technician arrive for my garage door tune-up, it was great. Getting him there was another issue. I spent 3 1/2 hours waiting for his arrival on a Saturday only to recieve a call that he needed to come Sunday instead. On Sunday, he promised to be there at noon, but arrived at 1:20. By the time he got there, I was quite disgusted with the whole thing, but he did a great job.

The service tech called 15 minutes prior to arrival and was on time. The tech was professional, the Precision truck was spotless, and the problem was fixed.
