Service Technician (John) VERY professional, courteous, and efficient.Called pre arrival. Price is not Low end, but fairly representative of service industry. New springs, bearings, rollers for 2 doors. John very instructional on future, preventative care. Answered all questions with enthusiasm.

I needed a repair on my garage door- appointment setting was quick and I appreciate the 2 hour window. I also appreciate the email confirmation with a picture of the technician assigned to my job- felt very safe. My tech was running late and I got a call letting me know which was much appreciated and very rare. When he came, he apologized for his lateness, went right to work and 20 minutes later my door was fixed. I highly recommend this company.

I chose Precision for location and I had thought we used them before. My garage door was broken and they came out the same day. Unfortunately, they didn't have the part but returned the very next day. Extremely professional, knowledgable and VERY NICE.
