Excellent work by your installer Anthony with the large 18 foot door. The entire door, tracks and all, had to be replaced due to a boat being backed into it. The work was done very well including the trimout where the house frame was not left as plumb as it could be by the original builder of the house. The new door works very smooth.

Called Thursday, they offered a Friday appointment that I could not take, so we chose Saturday between 8-12. Technician, Rick Gueory, called in advance around 9:30 and arrived in 15 minutes. Two springs with cables replaced and some adjustments to our second door were made. All wrapped up in 45 minutes with both doors working perfectly. Price was fine and I recommend Precision fully. Prompt service, arrived in company truck, technician was polite. He was able to reset the travel limits of my door and helped with reprogamming keypad. The only reason I didn't give five stars was when I made the appointment I asked about coupons or discounts and was told there was only one for Military members. In fact there was a coupon on the website I could have used.
