These folks are great! I called on Friday afternoon. They were here on time on Saturday morning. Rick the technician was super helpful by giving me some maintenance pointers, such as simple lubrication. I may try that but for anything more serious, I'll definitely call Precision again. 5 Stars for sure!

Not happy sitting home all day Monday, when told a technician would be here between 8 and 12, only to get a call at noon saying about 1 and a half hour delay. Was good with that. However, when receiving a call at 3 pm saying not going to make it, need to sit home to wait again the following day, I was not happy. Need better scheduling.

5 star service. Called your company around 7:30 am. My car was trapped in the garage with a broken garage door spring. Technician arrived as promised that morning. Explained the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. I ok'ed the estimate and he promptly made the repairs and explained future maintenance I could perform to extend the life of the new spring, as well as the springs on my other two garage doors.
