What great customer service! I called at 830am and was told someone would be at my house between 12-4p. Barry was at my house before noon. He actually arrived early and notified me by phone that he would wait for me to arrive. He quickly diagnosed the problem with my keypad, told me what it would cost to repair it and worked with me to reprogram the access codes. He did a thorough assessment of the other parts of my garage doors and made a recommendation of another repair in the near future. The whole visit lasted about 20 minutes. He was a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommended Precision (and Barry) to anyone needed help with their garage doors.
