This is a five star company. Yesterday, Doug installed our new garage doors and Jeff finished out the door surround in cellular PVC. Both Doug and Jeff did their jobs professionally, efficiently and to perfection. Based on the work of these two employees, the company should be renamed to "Precision and Perfection Garage Doors."

I called Precision at 8am on a Monday morning. Spoke to a live person in less than a minute without having to sift through any kind of menu system. She was courteous, friendly and able to quickly set up an appointment for a technician to repair my broken torsion spring. Incredibly, the appointment was between 10am and noon on this same day. Technician (Barry) called around 9:30am and asked if it was OK if he arrived a bit earlier. I told him it was OK and he arrived less than 10 minutes later. Barry quickly reviewed the garage door, opener and environment and provided an estimate. I signed off for Precision to perform the work and they replaced the springs and related hardware in roughly 15 minutes. I am quite pleased with the response time of Precision, the apparent quality of the new hardware and the capability and friendliness of its employees. I would certainly recommend this company to others for garage door services.

Torsion spring on our door failed trapping our car inside with door too heavy to lift safely. Precision was able to get a technician out that afternoon who did a top quality job with top quality parts fixing several problems including replacing the spring. Barry was the technician that came out to fix our garage door and he was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Our garage is very old and the door stopped closing all the way. Barry showed me all the problems with the door and clearly explained why it had stopped working properly, and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and pulleys. He was finished in less than an hour and the garage door works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and technician.
