Called in for a service call since my existing garage door opener was broken. Barry came out on time, and gave me a half hour heads up on his arrival time. He assessed the issue, and provided several options, including replacing the garage door opener. Upon selecting a new opener, he had it installed within a hour. The install was professional, and works great. I would highly recommend Precision Doors to anyone requiring a service call or new garage door opener.

When we moved to Heritage Harbour in Annapolis, from Wisconsin. We replaced the garage door opener with your product which has a great reputation. I also was a manager at one time and knew that employees are most important in any relationship with a customer. I am so impressed with the person who worked with me in setting up the appointment with the Technician ( Michael)and the same professional manner the Michael exhibited.Both are assets to your company. Trustworthy, honest company providing great service. I had a repair done only weeks earlier and was told I needed a whole new door and opener. Turns out by just replacing the spring, it's back to regular, safe operation. Couldn't be more pleased. Technician was Mike C, don't see his name below nor is my city available to choose.

Precision was amazingly quick to respond--I called on the weekend and they were out to my house on Monday! Mike was courteous and thorough, he gave me the complete itemized receipt I needed for my records with no complaint. The work was good quality and done in a jiffy.

Found you as the 2nd choice on Google. The first choice company had no service people available over the weekend. Your switchboard was excellent. They were courteous and very helpful. Alan T. was very professional. He called to say he was running a little late, which is much appreciated. He assessed the problem and found solutions and fixed it in a short period of time. When I called for an estimate I was told the springs would be $99 each and there would be a $49 service charge. I agreed to have the repair done. When the technician arrived he informed me that the cables would be an additional $99. This was $99 more than I had planned on paying when I agreed to have the repair done. I am not satisfied that there was an additional cost when the technician actually arrived on site.

Very disapointed, Tech came out did absolutly nothing but give me two quotes for crazy amounts of money and still wanted the service fee, even though nothing was done. Won't call them again for sure!

While we appreciate your comments, we must inform you of the fact that customers use their doors for years, and never lube or have their door adjusted and maintained. These customers sometimes get mad at us when they need to have work completed. As the customer, you have the choice to repair your door or not. Our service fee is used to cover the cost of fuel and technician time to drive to your home and assess your door needs.

Your technician called me from the field the same day I set up the appointment with your office. He was very professional. He asked me a few questions to clarify what my problem was and immediately told me what the cost would be. He arrived within the appointed time frame and took care of the problem promptly, invoicing me exactly what was quoted. I will certainly recommend your services to others.

I had to have one torsion spring replaced and the technician informed me that BOTH have to be replaced to do the job. Alan is a nice guy and did a good job but when I received the final bill, it was $495, much higher than what was quoted. Also, my research shows such springs sell for $49 at Home Depot. I was expecting to pay $250 for springs, service and repair. I could not care less about a 3 year warranty. Work was in Annapolis (Not on your list of choices)

Thank you for your review. I spoke with our manager and with Alan. Alan explained the work that was needed, and the importance of having both springs replaced, after he did the safety check. Spring prices have gone up 12 times in the last year. Home Depot does sell springs, but they are extension springs, and not torsion springs. Our springs are 30,000 cycle springs, unlike others that are 5-10,000 cycles. Alan also indicated you were aware of the cost of repair and signed and initialed prior to work being completed. Please understand that we make sure our customers are fully aware of the cost of repair, and agree to work prior to the beginning of any work being done. With that said, please know that you can feel comfort in knowing that your new springs will work well with your garage door! Thank you for your business.

Came the same day I called; arrived on time and repair was done within 20 mins. Technician was courteous and repaired door quickly. Garage door now works and is much quieter.

Derrick was friendly, timely, knowledgable and experienced. Excellent work and i selected the service package that included spring, pulley, roller replacement, installation of safety cables and a 7 year warranty on parts and service.
This definitely a company I would recommend to anyone needing any type of garage door service or replacement.

I scheduled a tune-up for my garage doors. Derrick was the service person assigned to the project. He was very punctual and courteous. He called prior to the appointment time to let us know when he would arrive, and was on time. The work was completed quickly and expertly.
