I am appalled that you could charge me $49 to tell me that unless I replaced the springs on my door for 500 you couldn't repair/warrant ur work. Today my door is perfect $13 in parts n trustworthy service from a company with honest employees. You should be ashamed to charge a service call fee for such a scam. You wasted a good part of my day for 10 minutes worth of unethical business practices!

5 Star service! My appointment was scheduled between 12-4pm. The Technician Barry called well in advance of the appointment and showed up promptly at 12:10. Barry surveyed the problem and in detail explained what caused the breakage. He replaced my springs, adjusted the door and my opener. This was my first garage problem so I didn't know who to call so I did a Google search and found your site. The design of the site and the reviews made me feel your company would be the best for me. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. My call was later in the evening and I was told I would have a technician at my home around noon the next day. Barry called me to say he was on his way and arrived before noon. First let me start by saying Barry is a fantastic technician! Our garage door has the over the top torsion spring, and when it broke I did not feel comfortable repairing it myself. I called Precision on a Tuesday, expecting to have to wait a few days for a repair, yet they were available as early as next day for a regular non emergency repair! It surprised me as I had made myself free only on that Saturday but good to know they are easily available.
