As a homeowner, I have seen my share of shady, conniving, thieving contractors and repairmen. Not this time. I was almost giddy over how prompt, polite, and accommodating, my technician Derrick was. I had a problem with my remotes not working some of the time. As luck would have it, they worked perfectly when Derrick tested them. He understood my dilemma, offered an option, and in the meantime(at my request)programmed 2 new key fob remotes, and 2 car homelink buttons. I could not believe the attention to customer service!
