I corrected the spelling of my last name so you have it. When the service tech talked to me about the door, he said that it was installed incorrectly, the top bracket was not placed properly. I told him that Precision installed it, he called the office and they did not have a record of the installation. My technician, Brian, was on time and immediately went to work. Took care of my garage door opener and thereafter while performing a safety check, noticed that my cables were improperly installed and constituted a potential danger. Suggested new cables and he explained why the new cables would perform better. I watched him as he removed the old cables and added the new ones. Explained everything to my satisfaction. I had a garage inspection performed which I had purchased through an Angie's List big deal. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and Barry actually showed up early, after the office called to ensure that would be okay. He was very personable, performed the coupon work, then also recommended safety cables since I have small children. When my husband returned home, he went through all the information he had found during his inspection and his recommendations a second time. He also took the time to show my 3 year old daughter the rollers in his tool box which she was curious about and let her have a couple to play with. I would highly recommend this company as my experience with them was stream-lined and extremely professional.

Derrick conducted a Garage Door Tune-up and installed Ultra Quiet Rollers. He provided the results after his 25-point Safety Checklist inspection, and recommended a lubrication schedule. The work performed was fine. The prices, however, were not. $125 per spring? $35 per safety cable? I understand that your price builds in labor, but I can buy the same springs for $25 online. Given those prices and the time required to install the pair of springs, I calculate a labor/ overhead rate of $200/ hour. I'm sorry, but I can't see how that rate is justified
