I was very pleased with how the service call was handled from beginning to end. When I had a problem with making an appointment to have a garage door tune-up later in the month, the person went ahead and fit me in that week. Derrick showed up a little late that day (some jobs took longer than expected) but the company had called me twice earlier to warn that he was delayed and Derrick himself apologized for being late. Then he got right to work and did a tune-up plus ... after consulting with me ... replaced the "rollers" on the garage door. The door now opens really smoothly and quietly.
