Excellent service. Technician was at my house on the time line provided and did the job very quickly and efficiently. An e-mail was sent to me with a picture of the technician that was coming which a good level of security. The technician was ready to repair my door with all the tools and required parts that were needed. If I have a problem with the garage door I will use Precision again.

Professional, polite and explained in detail the operation of my door and how to provide regular maintenance that could help avoid future problems. Interestingly enough, operationally our very noisy door suddenly became quiet after Mike worked on it.

We had builder-installed garage doors for over 17 years and they just started acting up recently - the automatic opener would often not be able to close them. My Dad, my son, and I tried various things over several days with no success and finally we called a pro. Mike C. arrived a few hours after we called on a Friday morning. In an hour or so he had replaced the springs and rollers and the doors operate amazingly smoothly now. I'm writing this review a week later and they are still working great. Mike was very professional and easy to deal with. Overall we're very satisfied.

Mike called about a half hour before arriving well within the two hour window. He diagnosed the problem and did a rebuild and replaced the door opener. He was very courteous and did a great job. The door works so much better and quieter after the service. The only issue at all is the lock on the garage control box does not work to keep the remotes from opening the door.

Mike did good work, efficiently and pleasantly. My one concern is that the price was misrepresented by the dispatcher who scheduled the visit. I understood this to be a $49 service call. Mike told me that there was also a $70 labor charge. Dispatchers should be more straightforward about all of the costs. (If I had known that it would involve only straightening the sensors and doing routine maintenance -- oiling the chains, slightly adjusting other things -- I might have thought twice about a $135 call.)
