excellent communication on arrival times. Mike was very professional and courteous. Did a great repair and most importantly to me no pressure to purchase a new opener he did repair and advised me of the options available if I should have new problems later. definitely will use again if needed.

Harry, I called at 7:00am on Wednesday and had a service appointment scheduled that morning between 8 & 10. Where else could I get immediate service without a emergency surcharge? This is a fabulous company. Their customer service is top notch!! I contacted the Precision for a garage door repair. I was given the time range they would be out and the name of the technician. The technician, Derrick, came out within the scheduled time and was professional and courteous. He took the time to explain what the problem was and what needed to be done to take care of it... no surprises. I would highly recommend this company. If you care about great customer service, competent technicians and a company with integrity then Precision is the one for you!!
