Excellent work by your installer Anthony with the large 18 foot door. The entire door, tracks and all, had to be replaced due to a boat being backed into it. The work was done very well including the trimout where the house frame was not left as plumb as it could be by the original builder of the house. The new door works very smooth.

This is the first time I called Precision Doors and I was not disappointed. My torsion spring broke and I called this morning and I was told Rick could come out between 2-4pm. I usually call at the beginning time to find out where I am in the que and was told it would probably be closer to the 3:30-4:00pm time. Then 10 minutes later, I received a call from Rick saying that he was closer to my location and could he come in 10 minutes! VERY happy with the results.
