I had a garage inspection performed which I had purchased through an Angie's List big deal. I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and Barry actually showed up early, after the office called to ensure that would be okay. He was very personable, performed the coupon work, then also recommended safety cables since I have small children. When my husband returned home, he went through all the information he had found during his inspection and his recommendations a second time. He also took the time to show my 3 year old daughter the rollers in his tool box which she was curious about and let her have a couple to play with. I would highly recommend this company as my experience with them was stream-lined and extremely professional.

I was very pleased with how the service call was handled from beginning to end. When I had a problem with making an appointment to have a garage door tune-up later in the month, the person went ahead and fit me in that week. Derrick showed up a little late that day (some jobs took longer than expected) but the company had called me twice earlier to warn that he was delayed and Derrick himself apologized for being late. Then he got right to work and did a tune-up plus ... after consulting with me ... replaced the "rollers" on the garage door. The door now opens really smoothly and quietly.

The work performed was fine. The prices, however, were not. $125 per spring? $35 per safety cable? I understand that your price builds in labor, but I can buy the same springs for $25 online. Given those prices and the time required to install the pair of springs, I calculate a labor/ overhead rate of $200/ hour. I'm sorry, but I can't see how that rate is justified

Not only were we given 2 different updates about when to expect the technician (The opposite of Comcast...).
