Excellent work by your installer Anthony with the large 18 foot door. The entire door, tracks and all, had to be replaced due to a boat being backed into it. The work was done very well including the trimout where the house frame was not left as plumb as it could be by the original builder of the house. The new door works very smooth.

Called Thursday, they offered a Friday appointment that I could not take, so we chose Saturday between 8-12. Technician, Rick Gueory, called in advance around 9:30 and arrived in 15 minutes. Two springs with cables replaced and some adjustments to our second door were made. All wrapped up in 45 minutes with both doors working perfectly. Price was fine and I recommend Precision fully.
