We needed a repair today and you scheduled a repairman for this afternoon. He arrived within the time period specified and accomplished the repair-installation of a new motor and assembly and key pad. I was impressed with the prompt service and the knowledge and courtesy of the repairman.

I couldn't get out my car out of my garage since my spring broke. I called around 8AM, got a 10-12 window, & they came 11:15. We got a new spring for one door, and we replaced another door's opener since it would no longer work with a remote. It cost $270 for the spring & $595 for a belted Lift Master opener, & the only other cost was tax. Both came with guarantees.The guy we had (Rick) was very nice & courteous and seemed knowledgeable and honest. We are pleased.

This is the first time I called Precision Doors and I was not disappointed. My torsion spring broke and I called this morning and I was told Rick could come out between 2-4pm. I usually call at the beginning time to find out where I am in the que and was told it would probably be closer to the 3:30-4:00pm time. Then 10 minutes later, I received a call from Rick saying that he was closer to my location and could he come in 10 minutes! VERY happy with the results. The spring was replaced and everything was done in 20 minutes! Would highly recommend.

5 star service. Called your company around 7:30 am. My car was trapped in the garage with a broken garage door spring. Technician arrived as promised that morning. Explained the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. I ok'ed the estimate and he promptly made the repairs and explained future maintenance I could perform to extend the life of the new spring, as well as the springs on my other two garage doors.
