We are very satisfied with the service. Dakota came to our complex and examined 8 garage doors and 7 openers. He repaired one garage door, provided a remote for another one, reprogrammed an opener and replaced the lifting mechanism in a third door that was dangerously defective. He determined that 2 of the openers were too old and could not b repaired. Very intelligent and competent young man. Thanks!

Mike wanted to come earlier than the appointment scheduled so he gave me a call and was happy to have him come. I didn’t have to sit around waiting which was great because I had the rest of the day to myself. Mike was professional and explained everything that needed to be done. It was fixed in 20 min. I learned some important facts about my garage door mechanism from him. That being said, I think $200 for a service call and a minor adjustment was way too much.
