Wow! Just WOW! People talk about great service, but that usually means just adequate. But Precision goes WAY above and beyond from the on-line chat when I scheduled this appointment, to the amazingly competent, polite, punctual, professionalism of our tech Rick G.--he is impressive and then some. The appointment was when promised, Rick called when on his way, and showed up exactly when expected. He got right to work and almost immediately recognized our problem. He took the time to show my husband where and how our issue occurred and resolved it perfectly.

We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. I have used Precision for many years. However, in the past few years, when an Angie's List "Big Deal" was offered for garage door maintenance, I would purchase these from other companies.
