Mike and Brian, and Precision Door Service in general, were just terrific. The technicians were honest, thoughtful, thorough, and just did a great job. This is a VERY legitimate company that must take care of its workers. While they may charge a little more for their services, things get done the RIGHT WAY and with no issues at all. Well worth ANY price difference, I fell that in the long run, their total costs will end up lower than alternatives due to jobs done right and VERY responsively.

We replaced 4 pulleys and wire on 2 doors. Installer was capable and arrived on time and did a good job. Parts included labor and the job was extremely expensive considering the pulleys cost $4.95 at Home Depot but I was charged more than $50 for each plus the cost of the service call... the total price was more than $437.00 so was considered very expensive.

Had an appointment on 5/15/13 between 12-2. The technicians (Derrick and Mike) were running a bit behind but I was notified prompty. They still arrived withen the scheduled appointment time. Derrick and Mike were polite and professional. They worked dilligently and were finished with installing the new garage opener and outside control panel withen an hour. I was given thorough instructions on all aspects of the new remotes and control panel. Very pleaswed with the work done.

As a homeowner, I have seen my share of shady, conniving, thieving contractors and repairmen. Not this time. I was almost giddy over how prompt, polite, and accommodating, my technician Derrick was. I had a problem with my remotes not working some of the time. As luck would have it, they worked perfectly when Derrick tested them. He understood my dilemma, offered an option, and in the meantime(at my request)programmed 2 new key fob remotes, and 2 car homelink buttons. I could not believe the attention to customer service! And the service call was only $49.95! These are my new "GO TO GUYS." I'll be sure to spread the word, too. Thanks Precision Doors. I wish I had found you 2 years ago when my garage door broke, but that's ok. I've got the right company now.

My call was answered by a live person on a Sunday evening and a service tech was at my house early Monday morning.
