But Precision goes WAY above and beyond from the on-line chat when I scheduled this appointment, to the amazingly competent, polite, punctual, professionalism of our tech Rick G.--he is impressive and then some. We have used your service several times and are always happy with the service. Our only complaint this time is that the fee just for the *visit* was $195.00. That seems much higher than we have paid before. Again, Rick was terrific, but the base charge was high.
