5 star service. Called your company around 7:30 am. My car was trapped in the garage with a broken garage door spring. Technician arrived as promised that morning. Explained the repairs needed and gave me an estimate. I ok'ed the estimate and he promptly made the repairs and explained future maintenance I could perform to extend the life of the new spring, as well as the springs on my other two garage doors. Prompt service, arrived in company truck, technician was polite. He was able to reset the travel limits of my door and helped with reprogamming keypad. The only reason I didn't give five stars was when I made the appointment I asked about coupons or discounts and was told there was only one for Military members. In fact there was a coupon on the website I could have used.

Barry was the technician that came out to fix our garage door and he was absolutely wonderful. Very polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Our garage is very old and the door stopped closing all the way. Barry showed me all the problems with the door and clearly explained why it had stopped working properly, and what he needed to do to fix it. He had to replace the springs, cables, rollers, and pulleys. He was finished in less than an hour and the garage door works perfectly now. I highly recommend this company and technician.
