Wow, Brian had a long day yesterday!! Three or four appointments ahead of mine had unexpected incidents and he was running really late. Precision was really good about keeping me informed and providing options if I couldn't wait around. Brian arrived early in the evening, clearly tired but very pleasant and professional. He went above and beyond with my repair and even spent time adjusting things I didn't know needed adjusted. He then very professionally and thoroughly explained everything he did and made sure that all of my questions were answered. I would give Brian and Precision 6 stars if that was an option!!

As luck would have it, I closed my garage door with an aluminum pole protruding out of the garage. The result was the door came down on an angle, three guide wheels fell out, the track bent out and the cables came off their wheels. The next morning I called Precision Garage Door as well as another company. The first thing that attracted me to Precision was the woman (Elizabeth) whom I spoke to. She was friendly and professional. I was told I could expect the technician to arrive between 12 noon and 2 pm. Well, Barry C. showed up at about 11:45. For the next 90 minutes, Barry C. amazed me with his knowledge and expertise, not to mention, he didn't stop moving/working the whole time. Barry took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. It was quite evident that Barry took pride in what he was doing and certainly should. If I ran my own business, Barry would be the first guy I recruited. Thanks Barry C. and Precision Garage Door.
