I was very impressed with the fast responce and the well knowledgeable service man named Mike. I called and within an hour I had Mike standing in my garage assessing the broken torsion springs. Within an hour they were fixed along with new rollers which has made the door less noisy when opening and closing. I wasnt expecting to pay as much as I did, but I got the 30000 cycle springs.

Barry arrived and quickly assessed the issue I had with my garage door. He explained everything clearly and was extremely knowledgeable. He performed all repairs timely and checked everything prior to him leaving the job. My garage door now operates quieter and smoothly than before. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of the Price. The cost of the work in my eyes was a bit excessive.

I just wanted to thank Berry and Jordan for catching a potential problem with my garage opener. I call to have the rubber seal on the bottom of my garage door replaced. Berry observed that my drive train was slack. He went check the drive train assembly and informed me that it needed to be replace. He did a very good job explaining the issue so I could understand the seriousness of the problem without over selling it. I appreciated his concern and asked him to replace the drive train assembly to avoid a future problem. Thank you Berry.

We were not happy with the service you provided. After Gary and his assistant left and we had paid $600 we discovered later in the day that the outside opener did not work. We called and got the run around that Gary could not return to fix our garage. And would fix it the next day when he returned with the battery for our door. Which was not the answer we were looking for and we certainly did not receive good customer service. Our feeling was that we had already paid $600 to your company and now your were not interested in coming back to fix the door. Finally they did return late that evening but Gary refused to get out of the car to look at what was needed to fix the door even when requested. The assistant did fix it as they did not set it up properly when here for the installation - so the door could not be opened from the outside. We also believed we were getting another Lift Master door opener to replace the one we had. But it is not and when I questioned Gary he said well "I told you that the PDS 800 was the one on the truck." Again not helpful at all and we did not know what the PDS 800 was and thought it to be a Lift Master as this was not explained to us by Gary. We have already sent your company a message on this issue and requested a return call as we were having no luck with the folks on the phone. But as of yet we have not been contacted by you. Repeat customer. Had a good experience with a repair several years ago, so we called Precision again for a recent repair need. We were scheduled right away. Technician notified when on his way and arrived on time. He was courteous and explained everything clearly throughout the repair. He identified the problem right away and gave us a price up front. So glad I chose Precision. After reading reviews and having Barry come out earlier than expected (after he called of course) I am happy with the results. Barry took the time to explain why he chose the springs he recommended, (which were more expensive than i expected--Haley said the prices were 140-240--mine were 250...each) The springs were powder coated, rated for 85k cycles, and he put one original strength and one extra strength spring in -- based on his experience. He also found bearings going bad as well. I'm a DIY guy, and Barry explained the what and why's of everything he did. He also explained the maintenance I can do to help extend the life of the system. You guys are great!

I was very happy with the online scheduling service. It was fast, courteous, and convenient! I was able to set up an appointment for the very next day, also terrific, and was provided with an estimate. Garry was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him as well. The one item that surprised me was the substantial increase in cost over the estimate. The work required less than 10 minutes, for which I was charged an additional $75 above the quoted rate. This seems quite high for a surprise additional charge. The $15 coupon on the website could not be applied, which doesn't seem quite right.
