Mike arrived within two hours of the call and immediately pinpointed the problem - a loose wire caused by a broken gear box. He replaced the gear box, fixed the wire, lubricated the chain and the side tracks and the door is working like new. I am so pleased with your service and your willingness to come out so quickly. And your price was very reasonable as far as I am concerned. Thanks to your scheduler for making room for me and to Mike who was so efficient! I thought that I would be better prepared for the prices after doing a little research on the net before I called, but I was still a tad sticker shocked. Not so drastically overpriced I wouldn't use Precision again since the service was so good, but enough to taint the experience and make it a four star vs. five star for level of satisfaction. I do highly recommend Precision (esp. Barry), but just be mentally prepared that you'll be paying a bit above the "average" estimates you see in forums if you've done your research.
