I am appalled that you could charge me $49 to tell me that unless I replaced the springs on my door for 500 you couldn't repair/warrant ur work. Today my door is perfect $13 in parts n trustworthy service from a company with honest employees. You should be ashamed to charge a service call fee for such a scam. You wasted a good part of my day for 10 minutes worth of unethical business practices!

The torsion spring on my garage door broke on a Sunday morning. I did some searching online and found Precision -- I was impressed that the majority of the reviews were positive, and that for every negative (1 star) review -- somebody had tried to respond to the person who complained. I called on Sunday and had an appointment set up for Monday morning. Barry called us about 25 minutes before he arrived to let us know he was on his way. He clearly explained the options to repair the door and how much everything would cost. He was polite, professional, and had the door working within an hour. He did not have the parts to fix the outside handle, but we expect that he will contact us within a day or two to get that fixed -- and in the meantime, at least the door works again!

5 Star service! My appointment was scheduled between 12-4pm. The Technician Barry called well in advance of the appointment and showed up promptly at 12:10. Barry surveyed the problem and in detail explained what caused the breakage. He replaced my springs, adjusted the door and my opener. Once done Barry in detail showed me everything he fixed and adjusted. He also provided me maintenance tips on how to keep my door and springs maintainable for longer life. FANTASTIC service!

I was very happy with the service I received from the tech 'Barry', this was the second experience using Precision and Barry, and he was the reason I completed purchase of the openers. The initial call to Precision sent me to a 'call' center, and frankly they didn't know answers to my questions, and had to have a manager call me to answer. I could've called another company in the mean time, but I didn't, I would like to see the person answering the phone be able to answer questions from customers. In fact, they gave me wrong info on the warranty I relied on Barry to answer further questions and he does so in such a detail manner and so polite, it was so nice! He installed two new openers that are awesome.i will certainly recommend precision and Barry to everyone! Thank you so much!

When my Liftmaster door opener came to a grinding halt I called the company number, had to deal w/ their automated directory, entered my zip code and was given but one dealer to choose from. They booked me about 5 days out and had zero interest in doing any better than that. Skipping the company dealer finder I googled Liftmaster dealers and am tickled to death to have found Precision! They were out the next morning, as promised and their technician [Brian] called me when he was about 15 minutes out. Brian was great, offering a range of solutions from outright replacement to simple repair of the unit + some other recommended maintenance. I was very pleased and I believe you will be too.

I called to take care of an issue of our remote controls were no longer closing the door from the vehicle outside the garage. I bought two new remote controls at $50 each, and they are harder to deal with than the previous remotes. I was told you need a straight line for the signal to work, that the opener was too far away to pick up from the street. It worked before when we installed it, but it still doesn't work for us now.
