You guys really are great. So door won't open and I grab the phone on a Saturday at 6:30P. Woman who answers couldn't have been better: reassuring, efficient, clear, repeats details, gets all the information right the first time. No sense of impatience, boredom, usual mediocrity encountered in such cases. Less than twenty-four hours later Brian shows up with a smile and everything he needs to make the repair. He explains everything, is friendly, quick, most efficient. Walks me through how to test tension, operate the bypass for the opener. And when I ask about a warranty from a door replacement job five years ago, Brian adjusts the bill to cover a part replacement. Fantastic. This was my first garage problem so I didn't know who to call so I did a Google search and found your site. The design of the site and the reviews made me feel your company would be the best for me. When I called for an appointment the person I spoke with was very friendly and professional. My call was later in the evening and I was told I would have a technician at my home around noon the next day. Barry called me to say he was on his way and arrived before noon. Barry was very customer centric and suggested different levels for repairing my door. I was amazed at how quickly he repaired my garage door and the quality of his work. Precision installed two new garage doors and two new garage door openers on our home. The new garage doors look very nice and are in a carriage house style with supporting hardware. They are very quiet and smooth when opening and have motion sensors to turn on the lighting. We are very happy with the service, they came on time and overall the job took about 5 hours. The technician clearly knew what he was doing and took quite a bit of time to explain all the features and how to use them.

The tracks on my garage door were accidentally bent on one side causing my garage door to literally roll off the tracks. (Side note.... don't try fixing an overhead door yourself.... its more complicated than you can imagine.) At 5 pm I called and was scheduled for the next morning service. Was charged $510 for a torsion spring replacement and center bearing. This was after supplying the $15 online coupon. Friend at work had same job done for under $200. You look on line on ask.com and they say same thing. Parts $30 each plus $65 labor. Not sure where the other $300 came from since he was only here 45 minutes to do the job.

First let me start by saying Barry is a fantastic technician! Our garage door has the over the top torsion spring, and when it broke I did not feel comfortable repairing it myself. I called Precision on a Tuesday, expecting to have to wait a few days for a repair, yet they were available as early as next day for a regular non emergency repair! It surprised me as I had made myself free only on that Saturday but good to know they are easily available. 1 star rating. I contacted your company through the chat room and asked about repairing a garage door opener. Your representative asked what the issue was with the door and what model opener. I informed the representative of the issue and told them the garage door opener was a Genie H2000C. The representative said she could have a repairman at my home the next day. When the repairman arrived it took him one minute to tell me your company does not carry parts for Geneie models. My questions is why would you send a repair man out to fix a model that you do not carry part for? Basically I paid $50.00 for a repairman to tell me he can't service my opener.
